How we build our hot tubs
Every INFINITAS model goes through defined production steps – from the acrylic to the test fill before delivery.
STEP 1
Vacuum forming the acrylic shell
The acrylic sheet is heated and drawn into the shape of the shell by vacuum. The shell is then reinforced.
STEP 2
Frame, plumbing & jets
The shell receives its load-bearing frame. Pipes, pumps and jets are fitted and connected.
STEP 3
Final assembly & test fill
Control system, cabinet and cover are fitted. Before shipping, every hot tub is filled and tested for leaks and function.
